If you add music and sounds, a tutorail and a clearer area enterance/exit it would be much better.
Also think about zooming the camera closer on the hero and making it follow him as he goes through the area.
The animating is good though.

Ha, this game is awesome, it took me exactly 10 turns to figure the colors the first time....I need to push my brain a little harder.

You sure know how to keep your fans interested.
Give them mysteries in the first episodes, then action in the next few and then the explanations in the remainig episodes. I really enjoyed finding out the secret of Tinker, and his design in chapter 18 was brilliant.
Keep your future series in this style, "Minushi" rocks!

(-) breaker beam that destroyed half of the island hit near Sonic. How could Sonic survive THAT without taking serious damage?
(-) Mecha Sonic was charging towards Blade from one side but blasted through it from another.
